Charles approached me to give his existing site a facelift as well as encrypting a booking system so he could manage the high demand of interest for bookings and questions. We have implemented a new booking system and automated links to FAQs, as well as pay links to streamline the onboarding process for new clients and allow for easy payment processing on the go. In addition, we shot new photography to enhance the visuals and are in the process of launching an online program with professional videography shot from ZIVL studio.
